Because of Low Level of Hormones in body majority of Women get unpleasant Symptoms:

  1. Hot Flushes effect more than 70% of Women and can last up to eight or more years after Menopause. The frequency varies between few flushes per week up to several per day. It is detected as face redness, excessive sweating, accelerated heartbeat, insomnia, irritability. These symptoms are caused by lack of Estrogen.
  2. Cervical dryness often causes irritations, bad or zero immunity to infections and different inflammations of bladder and genitals.
  3. Dry, brittle hair, nails and dry skin is also caused due to lack of estrogen. Collagen production is negligible so skin gets thinner, women suffer from hair loss,hair and nail thickness, also suffer from gum problems. Skin loses shine, wrinkles appear because tissue is not enough nourished and does not get enough blood supply.
  4. Irritation, insomnia, depression can deeply effect a woman and her family and social life. Lack of estrogen and progesterone imbalances part of brain which control emotional reactions. This causes memory loss, negative reactions such as negativity, lack of life energy, depression, emotional eruptions. It is very importaint to detect these symptoms as early as possible so it does not grow to depression phase for which modern medicine usually prescribes very strong medicine which have even more unwanted side effects.
  5. Migraine and headache caused by low muscle tone and mostly irregular breathing usually leads to unsufficient oxigen supply of the brain. Due to breathing technique and combination of all excersises hormone yoga is an excellent recipe to prevent and eliminate these symptoms.
  6. Joint pain can be first indicator of arthritis and osteoporosis due to lack of estrogen, progesteron and collagen.
  7. Weight gain and body fat can also be caused due to lack of estrogen because it slows down metabolism which increases body fat which is usually gained around the waist, hips, abdomen and breasts. Hormone Yoga reactivates estrogen production so it is easier to prevent weight and body fat increase.

Regular practice of HYT helps to rebalance hormone levels with excersises and circulating energy to glands which get activated.
